I just wanted to write you a quick note of thanks for the quick response and professionalism shown by the employees at Edison Electric. When one of our trucks accidentally pulled the electric service off of a house in Portage, I was not very confident I would find anyone to get them service that evening.
Dave, your service technician on call that night, not only got our customer hooked up, but he did it with a helpful attitude. After trying to reach the customer through several calls, Dave called me to let me know he was on his way over there to speak with them in person, and he took care of things to our customer's satisfaction.
Keeping our customers happy is a priority at Waste Management and I get the feeling from the service you give that it is a priority with your company also. I will not hesitate to use your services again in the future, nor will I hesitate to recommend your company to others.
Letters of thanks are few and far between in this day and age, but I did not want a job that was well done to go unnoticed. Please pass my thanks on to Dave also.
